Habitat for Humanity International requires all affiliates to annually complete the Quality Assurance Checklist (QAC). This is a self-assessment tool based on Habitat’s six core tenets (Christian identity, homeownership, homeowner selection, sweat equity, tithe and integrity). The QAC sets the standard for consistency among Habitat affiliates throughout the United States and outlines minimum performance standards.

On July 29, 2021, each affiliate was sent a unique link to access and complete the U.S. Affiliated Organization Covenant and Quality Assurance Checklist tool. The deadline to submit is September 30, 2021.
